Final Shoooting

So for my final shots I a plaining on doing landscapes at danw. I have two landscapes that I would like to work with. The first one is on 215 and it is the large piece of land that you see when you come into Park City on your left. I pass it almost everyday, and most times it is dawn when I see it. The amazing thing that is going to be a sick photo is that the fog stays in that area until about 7, but the sun crystalizes the area. It is beautiful. The second place is Gardmens Pass. This is the highest point in Park City. You get this amazing view of the city, but at dawn you get the intresting contrast between the stars, the sun, and the city.
I am really looking forward to shooting this, because in my opinion landscapes create beautiful picture. I am inspired by the work with trees by John Seton, and morning and dusk landscape by Ansel Adams. I am also inspired by the idea of showing the sun's charge as we move closer to winter. Because we loose the sun, I feel like the sun become so much beatuiful during this time. And because of that, the rising of the sun is the time where we can see the sun and its touch on earth.
I cant wait to shoot this, and I am really motivated to do this assignment.

Excellent. It's purposeful, your plan is specific, and it's clearly something you've thought about. I do believe that you're motivated...and you'll need to be. It's hard to get up at 5am in the winter...

Good luck!

I'm so glad you decided to do this for your final project. In fact, it inspired my (even better) idea of photographing YOU while YOU photohgraph other things! I call it: Me photographing Emma while she photographs things.

ha, hahahaha.
HAHAHHAHAHA.
